Amy Hogan
The Bands

I am lucky enough to collaborate with several different bands.  This gives me the opportunity to play a wide variety of music and enjoy the company of several very talented musicians.  All of these bands are available for hire and I also perform solo if the occasion calls for it.  If you are interested in booking any of them, please contact me below.

The Amy Hogan Trio

The Amy Hogan Trio features Alec Fuhrman on acoustic and electric guitars and vocals; Amy Hogan on vocals and guitar; and Ed Hogan on bass. They bring fresh renditions of cover tunes from the 1928 jazz & blues song "Makin' Whoopie" to a unique arrangement of "How Sweet It is" to the modern melodies of April Smith. Audiences have enjoyed the energy and emotion they create when performing..."now you've brought me to tears...in a good way!"

The All About Amy Band

The All About Amy band delivers a melodious
and rhythmic spectacle that will get
the audience to their feet if they're
in the mood or provide a stylish background
of harmonious elegance. The band combines
the talents of Amy Hogan on vocals,
Pete Hale on guitar, bass and backup vocals,
Toby Tyler on bass and guitar, and
Brad Hoffman on drums.

The Bee Rays

Bringing together Barry Bisson on vocals, keyboards and guitar, Toby Tyler on bass, guitar and backup vocals, and Amy Hogan on keyboards and vocals, The Bee Rays sound is rich with well-rounded harmonies and distinctive rhythms. Focusing on many original songs as well as covering a mix of well-known music, The Bee Rays supply entertainment that is delightfully heartfelt and pulse soothing.

The Sofa Kings

This is where the members of The Bee Rays and All About Amy come together for a lively blend of their talents.

With many rocking originals to their name, The Sofa Kings deliver an energetic and eclectic mix of music blending rock, jazz, fusion and modern ballads.

The original members of the Sofa Kings (Barry Bisson, Pete Hale, Toby Tyler, Peter Barrett and Terry Lee) assembled in 2003 uniting their classic rock sound. Members Hale, Bisson and Tyler then continued on with drummer Brad Hoffman to record their first album, Waltzing in Babylon in 2005. Enjoying successful airplay on KRSH and multiple Sonoma County bookings with Waltzing, the Sofa Kings continued to sharpen their unique sound. In 2007, the Sofa Kings were finishing their second album, Cerulean Blue, when Amy was invited to sit in with the Sofa Kings at their St. Patrick's Day gig. Her talents as singer and songwriter blended well with the rest of the band, and so The Sofa Kings became a quintet.
